Position Overview
This role is responsible for establishing the operational framework of the platform, driving growth and conversion results, managing channel systems and user lifecycle operations, and developing operational methodologies, mechanisms, and data systems to enable scalable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Goals & Strategy: Align with monthly/quarterly core KPIs, formulate growth strategies, and allocate resources (channel expansion, user segmentation, campaign mechanisms, outreach strategies).
- Channel Operations: Build and optimize channel ecosystems (KOLs/agents/communities/content), design partnership models and incentive mechanisms to improve ROI and user quality.
- User Operations: Establish a user lifecycle and segmentation system (new-active-high value-churned) to enhance registration→deposit→transaction conversion and retention.
- Campaigns & Productization: Lead campaign planning and post-analysis, drive productization of operational capabilities (campaign configuration, tasks/rewards, audience tagging, outreach platforms).
- Data Systems: Develop dashboards and review mechanisms, monitor funnel metrics, retention, conversion, LTV, and continuously refine growth models.
- Team & Collaboration: Manage operational teams (channel/user/campaign), collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, marketing, and support to execute projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years in growth/user/channel operations with team management experience.
- Experience in leading Chinese tech companies preferred.
- Proven ability to build systems from scratch (channels, user segmentation, campaign mechanisms, data dashboards), strong data-driven mindset and project execution skills.
- Results-oriented, resilient under pressure, exceptional cross-department collaboration and resource integration capabilities.
