Job Description
- Web2 Game Skin Trading Platform: Asset management for skins/items, order listing, trading, settlement, inventory and order systems, high-concurrency read/write operations, state consistency, and risk control.
- Web3 Trading/Alpha Platform: Alpha on-chain transactions, trading, settlement, incentives, coordination between on-chain/off-chain systems, wallet integration, signature handling, and transaction state synchronization.
Key Responsibilities
- Backend System Architecture & Core Development: Design and implement core backend services using Golang, lead business system architecture (module division, service boundaries, data models), and ensure stability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Web2 Game Skin Platform (Priority): Design and implement game skin/item asset systems, develop trading markets (listing, matching, execution, settlement), and resolve data consistency issues under high concurrency.
- Web3 Trading Platform: Participate in Web3 backend system design (wallet signatures, on-chain transaction initiation & status tracking, contract event monitoring & data synchronization), and collaborate with contract engineers.
- Independent Project Delivery & Deployment: Independently complete backend projects, handle deployment, troubleshoot production issues, and perform basic operations.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with PMs on requirement breakdown, align interfaces with frontend/contract engineers, and ensure smooth remote communication.
Job Requirements
- Basic Requirements (Mandatory): Bachelor's degree or higher from a 985/211 university (strict requirement), 3+ years of backend development experience, proficiency in Golang, familiarity with Web2 backend stacks, and strong engineering practices (logging, monitoring, exception handling).
- Web3/Blockchain Knowledge (Partial Fulfillment Accepted): Understanding of Web3 fundamentals (wallets, private keys, signatures, Gas, on-chain transactions).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in game backends/trading markets/virtual asset systems, high-concurrency/distributed systems, system building from scratch, cloud services (AWS/GCP), fluent English, and adaptability to startup pace.
