Мы ищем опытного менеджера по регуляторной отчетности (Regulatory Reporting Manager) для присоединения к нашей финансовой команде.
Основные обязанности включают подготовку финансовой регуляторной отчетности, сбор данных для регуляторов, взаимодействие с аудиторами и другие связанные финансовые задачи в сфере виртуальных / цифровых активов.
Мы ожидаем, что кандидат имеет опыт работы в регулируемых финансовых учреждениях, у поставщиков услуг виртуальных активов (VASP), на цифровых платформах, криптобиржах, у брокеров, кастодианов или в аналогичных регулируемых сферах.
Это не традиционная бухгалтерская должность. Нас интересуют кандидаты с практическим опытом подготовки регуляторной финансовой отчетности и подачи Regulatory Returns.
We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Reporting Manager to join our Finance team.
This role will primarily be responsible for financial regulatory reporting, regulatory data preparation, audit support, and related finance activities for regulated businesses within the virtual asset / digital asset industry.
We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in regulated financial institutions, Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs), digital asset platforms, crypto exchanges, brokerage firms, custodians, or similar regulated businesses.
This is not a traditional accounting or bookkeeping role. We are particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience in regulatory financial reporting, Regulatory Reporting, and Regulatory Returns.

Взаимодействие с финансовым, compliance, risk, операционным и другими отделами для сбора и проверки данных;
Сопровождение внешних аудитов и проверок регуляторов;
Сверка данных регуляторной отчетности с бухгалтерскими записями и управленческой отчетностью;
Ведение рабочей документации и аудиторского следа по отчетности;
Мониторинг изменений в требованиях регуляторов и их внедрение;
Выявление проблем в данных и процессах отчетности и их устранение;
Поддержка других задач по регуляторной, финансовой и управленческой отчетности.
«Key Responsibilities»
Manage or coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial regulatory reporting and regulatory returns;
Ensure regulatory reporting data is accurate, complete, consistent, and submitted within required deadlines;
Prepare financial data, reconciliations, schedules, supporting documents, and other materials required for regulatory submissions;
Work closely with Finance, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and other relevant teams to collect, reconcile, and validate regulatory data;
Support external audits, regulatory reviews, inspections, and other finance-related examinations;
Perform reconciliations and variance analysis between regulatory reporting data, accounting records, and management reports;
Establish and maintain regulatory reporting working papers, supporting documentation, and a complete audit trail;
Monitor changes in financial regulatory reporting requirements and support the implementation of new or updated requirements;
Identify data quality issues, control gaps, and opportunities to improve regulatory reporting processes, and drive relevant improvements;
Support other ad hoc regulatory, financial, and management reporting requirements.

Высшее образование в области финансов, бухгалтерии, экономики, бизнеса или смежных дисциплин;
Опыт работы в сфере Regulatory Reporting, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Finance или Regulatory Returns;
Опыт в регулируемых финансовых услугах, виртуальных/цифровых активах, FinTech, криптовалютах, биржах, брокерских или кастодиальных услугах;
Понимание финансовой отчетности, бухгалтерского учета и процессов регуляторной отчетности;
Практический опыт подготовки финансовых данных для регуляторов и аудиторов;
Сильные аналитические навыки и внимание к деталям;
Способность управлять несколькими задачами отчетности в срок;
Навыки межфункционального взаимодействия;
Родной китайский и профессиональный английский для работы с документами и коммуникациями.
«Job Requirements»
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline;
Relevant experience in Regulatory Reporting, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Finance, or Regulatory Returns;
Experience in regulated financial services, virtual assets, digital assets, FinTech, Crypto, exchanges, brokerage, custody, or related industries;
Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting records, data reconciliation, and regulatory reporting processes;
Hands-on experience preparing and providing financial data to regulators, auditors, or other external parties;
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail;
Ability to independently manage multiple reporting requirements and deadlines;
Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills;
Native Chinese speaker with professional working proficiency in English, with the ability to independently review and handle English-language regulatory documents, financial statements, audit materials, and related business communications.

Знание регуляторной среды ОАЭ/Дубая, особенно опыт работы с VARA или VARA Regulatory Reporting;
Знание пруденциальной отчетности, требований к капиталу или ликвидности;
Опыт взаимодействия с аудиторами или регуляторами;
Профессиональные сертификаты (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CFA);
Опыт в международных FinTech, Crypto или цифровых активах.
«Preferred Qualifications»
Experience working with a VASP (Virtual Asset Service Provider) or other regulated digital asset business;
Hands-on experience owning or managing regulatory financial reporting or regulatory submissions;
Experience with the UAE / Dubai virtual asset regulatory environment, particularly within a VARA-licensed entity or with hands-on VARA Regulatory Reporting experience;
Familiarity with prudential reporting, capital requirements, liquidity reporting, or other regulatory financial requirements;
Experience working directly with external auditors or regulatory authorities;
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent;
Experience working in an international FinTech, Crypto, or digital asset company.
