Job Description
The role involves the automation, monitoring, and management of global blockchain nodes. You will be responsible for handling chain upgrades, governance proposals, and providing 24/7 incident response. Additionally, you will build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems such as Prometheus and Grafana. The position requires using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes to automate infrastructure. Collaboration with the development team is essential, particularly in testnet and mainnet upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate the deployment, monitoring, and management of blockchain nodes globally.
- Handle chain upgrades, governance proposals, and provide 24/7 incident response.

Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE or system operations, with expertise in Linux and networking.
- Proficiency in Python/Go/Shell and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes).
- Prior experience in public blockchain operations (e.g., node deployment, testnet validation) is a plus, but strong learners without experience will also be considered.
- Passion for blockchain technology and strong troubleshooting skills.
