Key Responsibilities
- Business Development and Channel Management
- Develop B2B clients in North American and European markets, targeting cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, security service providers, and project initiators.
- Independently identify potential clients, follow up on leads, and drive business cooperation from negotiation to implementation.
- Establish and maintain an agent channel network while optimizing cooperation models to increase market share.
- Industry Resource Integration
- Engage deeply in the cryptocurrency ecosystem and establish strategic partnerships with leading enterprises (e.g., Keystone, Ledger, Tangem, Binance).
- Analyze industry trends and competitor dynamics regularly to provide insights for product iteration and market strategies.
- Customer Relationship Maintenance
- Communicate efficiently with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions to enhance satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
- Coordinate cross-departmental resources (technology, product, legal, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B business development, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of the North American and European crypto markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies effectively.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with technical, product, and legal teams.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network within the cryptocurrency industry (wallets, exchanges, security providers).
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in key markets (North America, Europe).
- Multilingual proficiency (e.g., English plus another European language) is a plus.
