Job Description:

1. 负责应对客户咨询、协助客户解决问题;
2. 及时帮助客户解决业务流程问题,涉及到技术层面需要及时对接研发;

1. Responsible for responding to customer inquiries and assisting them in resolving issues;
2. Promptly assisting customers in resolving business process issues, including promptly coordinating with R&D on technical issues;

Job Requirements:

1. 客服经验1年以上,懂客服话术;
2. 能用中英文无障碍沟通;
3. 熟悉运用各种社交软件,如TG/FB/Twitter
4. 需要马来西亚本地华人

1. More than 1 year of customer service experience and understanding of customer service skills;
2. Able to communicate in Chinese and English without any barriers;
3. Familiar with using various social software, such as TG/FB/Twitter
4. Need local Chinese in Malaysia
