Job Description
As a Social Media Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our brand presence on platforms like Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) and Zhihu, with a focus on Web3 and blockchain-related content. Your role involves developing and executing monthly content schedules, analyzing platform data and user behavior to refine operational strategies, and enhancing brand awareness and user conversion rates. You will also plan and execute online campaigns such as industry education livestreams and user co-creation activities, while collaborating with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key opinion consumers (KOCs). Additionally, you will work closely with our Vietnam team to align product updates, user feedback, and operational differences between domestic and international markets. Staying updated on blockchain industry policies, technological trends, and conducting competitor analysis will also be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Xiaohongshu, Zhihu, and other platform accounts with a focus on Web3 and blockchain content
- Develop and execute monthly content schedules and strategies
- Analyze platform data and user behavior to refine operational approaches
- Plan and execute online campaigns (e.g., industry livestreams, user co-creation activities)
- Collaborate with KOLs/KOCs and coordinate with the Vietnam team
- Monitor blockchain industry trends and conduct competitor analysis
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in New Media, Marketing, Blockchain, or related fields
- 1+ years of online operations experience, with Web3/blockchain industry experience preferred
- Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals and ability to produce compliant industry content
- Strong copywriting and basic visual design skills, proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent self-management and remote work adaptability, with strong cross-team collaboration skills
Benefits
Compensation will be determined based on experience level, including a monthly remote work subsidy (300 RMB/month), performance bonuses (up to 15% of monthly salary), and annual project bonuses.
