Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development and sales strategies for SaaS products, focusing on market expansion in Singapore and the broader APAC region.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential business opportunities, analyze industry trends, and prioritize high-impact targets within institutional clients.
- Build and manage a diversified sales pipeline by engaging with key decision-makers, negotiating deals, and closing contracts to meet revenue objectives.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular communication, personalized service, and proactive problem-solving to ensure long-term retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to ensure alignment in product positioning, promotional campaigns, and contract terms.
- Provide strategic insights to optimize sales processes, streamline operations, and enhance customer satisfaction across all business segments.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to adapt strategies dynamically and maintain a competitive edge in the SaaS industry.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a preference for postgraduate qualifications.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or a similar role within the SaaS industry, preferably in the APAC region.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable strategies for business expansion.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams effectively.
- Proficiency in English and at least one local language (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil) to facilitate cross-cultural interactions and client relations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building sustainable client relationships.
- Knowledge of SaaS business models, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition techniques to drive revenue growth.
