Job Description
The Risk Control Review Specialist is responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of exchange users' account information, deposits/withdrawals, trading behaviors, and fund flows to ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal exchange policies. This role involves in-depth investigation of suspicious transactions, evidence collection, report preparation, and providing actionable recommendations based on findings. The specialist will also contribute to developing and refining risk control review processes, establishing operational standards, and providing training to audit personnel. Close collaboration with technical teams is required to optimize review system functionality and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of user accounts, transactions, and fund movements
- Investigate suspicious activities and prepare detailed reports with evidence
- Develop and implement risk control procedures and operational guidelines
- Provide training and guidance to audit team members
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve review systems and tools
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Job Requirements
- Proficient in blockchain analysis and trading analysis, with knowledge of perpetual contracts
- Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly identify abnormal behaviors
- Positive attitude with excellent communication and coordination skills
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
- Basic English proficiency required
- Ability to work in rotating shifts (including night shifts approximately 5 days per month)
Work Schedule
The position operates on four shift rotations:
- Day shift: 07:00-15:00 or 15:00-23:00
- Night shift: 19:00-03:00 or 23:00-07:00
