Job Description
BingX is a leading cryptocurrency exchange seeking a passionate and innovative HR specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to development, while ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: 
- Source and attract top BD specialists and other key employees, particularly those with cryptocurrency industry experience
 - Build and maintain an extensive candidate network through multiple channels (social media, headhunters, etc.)
 - Manage the entire hiring process including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks
 
 - HR Management: 
- Develop, optimize and maintain internal HR processes (hiring, performance evaluation, compensation, termination)
 - Create and implement HR policies while ensuring compliance with company regulations
 - Maintain employee relations and promptly address various workplace issues
 
 - Training & Development: 
- Evaluate existing training systems and propose optimization strategies
 - Design and implement specialized training programs to enhance employee skills
 - Develop career paths and create professional growth opportunities for staff
 
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in fintech or cryptocurrency sectors
 - Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition
 - Excellent knowledge of HR processes and labor legislation
 - Ability to develop and implement training programs
 - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
 - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
 - Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
