Job Description:
As a Global Ecosystem Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for expanding and nurturing strategic collaborations within the Web3 ecosystem. Your role will involve identifying and engaging with key stakeholders globally, including blockchain projects, leading protocols, decentralized exchanges, international investment firms, media outlets, and influential KOLs/community guilds.
You'll lead cross-cultural business negotiations in English, managing the entire partnership lifecycle from initial contact to contract execution. This includes designing customized solutions, facilitating liquidity integration, protocol interoperability, and joint marketing initiatives.
The position requires continuous market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive intelligence in the Web3 space. You'll collaborate closely with product, technical, marketing, and community teams to align internal resources with partnership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global partnership strategies to expand Web3 ecosystem collaborations
- Conduct end-to-end partnership management including negotiation, contracting, and implementation
- Design innovative collaboration models (joint airdrops, co-branding, technical co-development, etc.)
- Produce market intelligence reports analyzing industry trends and competitive landscape
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver partner-specific solutions
- Track and report partnership performance metrics
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of BD/partnership experience in Web3 with proven success cases
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 ecosystem dynamics
- Native-level English proficiency for business negotiations and documentation
- Outgoing personality with strong intercultural communication skills
- Excellent resource integration and project management capabilities
- Established network within Web3 (projects, exchanges, VCs, KOLs)
- Female candidates preferred for their communication strengths
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing international communities (Discord, Telegram, Twitter)
- Background in SaaS/e-commerce/advertising BD
- Crypto investment/usage experience
- Basic knowledge of blockchain development (Solidity)
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package ranging from $500-$10,000 base salary plus commissions. Compensation is performance-based and negotiable based on experience and demonstrated results.
