为支持全球地区市场的持续拓展，BingX 现面向当地及海外市场招募合约 BD 人才，重点负责平台联盟（Affiliate）及 KOL 生态的拓展与运营。该岗位将围绕交易所增长目标，系统性拓展并维护联盟合作伙伴及 KOL 资源，包括但不限于个人创作者、交易社群、社区组织、媒体平台及代理商等多元合作形式，并推动联盟推广计划的有效落地，持续带动平台注册量、交易量及用户留存率的增长
Job Title: Contract BD (Business Development) – Affiliate & KOL Ecosystem
Job Description:
To support the continuous expansion into global regional markets, BingX is seeking Contract BD talents locally and internationally, with a primary focus on the development and operations of the Affiliate and KOL ecosystem. This role will revolve around the exchange's growth objectives, systematically expanding and maintaining partnerships with affiliate partners and KOL resources. This includes, but is not limited to, individual creators, trading communities, community organizations, media platforms, and agents through various collaboration models. The role will also drive the effective implementation of affiliate programs to continuously boost platform registrations, trading volume, and user retention.
Job Requirements:
岗位要求：
1.理解社区运营及 KOL 传播机制；
2.具备联盟 BD、渠道 BD 或 KOL 商务拓展经验；
3.可独立完成合作拓展、商务谈判及项目落地全流程；
4.具备良好的商务沟通能力、资源整合能力及强结果导向思维；
英语可作为日常工作语言；
掌握马来语 / 印尼语 / 东南亚地区语言等优先；
拥有成熟 KOL、社群、媒体或 Affiliate 渠道资源优先；
Job Requirements:
Understanding of community operations and KOL communication mechanisms.
Experience in affiliate BD, channel BD, or KOL business development.
Ability to independently manage the entire process, from partnership development and business negotiation to project execution.
Excellent business communication skills, resource integration capabilities, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
English proficiency required as a working language.
Proficiency in Malay / Indonesian / Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
Having established resources in KOLs, communities, media, or affiliate channels is highly preferred.
