- Technical Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions, including sourcing, screening, closing, and onboarding candidates. Focus on quality over quantity, ensuring that only the best candidates are considered.- Culture Champion: Ensure that every candidate experience reflects our commitment to culture, quality, and integrity. Promote our core values and maintain exceptionally high standards throughout the recruitment process.- Outbound Sourcing: Take initiative to find creative solutions for attracting top talent, including attending industry events, and leveraging social media.- System Ownerships: Rigorously maintain systems and processes to track inbound and outbound talent, report on core KPIs, and grow a global world class talent pool.- Talent Management: Use reliable and innovative frameworks to consistently assess and retain talent, train others on the team regularly to do the same, and go above and beyond the role of a recruiter to keep our people happy.- Create Road Maps: Embed yourself in different departments to constantly understand their hiring needs, then work with leadership to turn that into a road map that you’ll execute on.
