Job Description
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions including but not limited to product development, investment, trading, and research roles. This position requires developing strategic hiring plans based on business needs while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements. The ideal candidate will proactively source top-tier talent through diverse channels and provide data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and business positions
- Build and maintain global talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide consultative support

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above with minimum 4 years recruitment experience (financial industry preferred)
- Proven expertise in utilizing various recruitment channels and applicant tracking systems
- Global mindset with strong cross-cultural communication skills
- Fluent English proficiency (both written and verbal) for international collaboration
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented multitasker with strong problem-solving capabilities
