Job Description:
The role involves comprehensive management and growth of Unified Trading Accounts (UTA) along with VIP lifecycle engagement. Key responsibilities include monitoring account activities, detecting anomalies, resolving issues efficiently, and driving user growth through targeted campaigns.
Additionally, the position focuses on designing and optimizing growth initiatives, referral programs, and incentive structures to enhance trading volume and user engagement. Cross-functional collaboration with product, trading, marketing, risk, and compliance teams is essential to ensure seamless operations.
The role also requires analyzing account and VIP activity data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and uncover growth opportunities. Maintaining operational excellence and compliance with SOPs, KYC/AML policies, and internal guidelines is a critical aspect of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end UTA operations, monitor account activities, detect anomalies, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Own the full VIP lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, retention, and tier upgrades.
- Design, execute, and optimize growth campaigns, referral programs, and incentive structures.
- Collaborate with product, trading, marketing, risk, and compliance teams.
- Analyze data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Implement and maintain SOPs, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML policies.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, trading support, or account management (cryptocurrency experience is mandatory).
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets, trading platforms, and account lifecycle management.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
