Job Description
As an ETF Product Operation professional, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management and development of the index contract module. This includes driving customer acquisition strategies to attract new users, implementing conversion programs to improve user engagement, designing retention initiatives to maintain long-term relationships, and executing promotional campaigns to boost market activity. You will also oversee the performance metrics of the module, focusing on user growth and trading volume optimization. Additionally, you will lead efforts to enhance the product's functionality through continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring a seamless user experience. The role involves coordinating internal and external promotional activities to increase the module's visibility and market share. You will also conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for growth. Finally, you will perform competitive intelligence research and user behavior analysis to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in product operation or a related field, with a focus on financial instruments or trading platforms
- Strong understanding of ETF products, index contracts, and market dynamics
