Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Community Strategy Development and Execution 
- Develop and execute community strategies for exchange users and KOLs to enhance the brand's influence in the global cryptocurrency community.
 - Regularly optimize community strategies based on market dynamics and user needs.
 
 - Community Management and Interaction 
- Manage communities through channels such as Telegram, Discord, Twitter, etc., to promote high-quality interaction and user participation.
 - Monitor community emotions, collect and provide feedback on user feedback, and maintain a positive atmosphere.
 
 - User Growth and Retention 
- Design and implement a user growth plan to attract new users and increase the activity of existing users.
 - Organize online and offline activities to enhance the stickiness between users and KOLs.
 
 - Cross Team Collaboration 
- Collaborate with business, marketing, public relations, product and other teams to ensure that community operations are aligned with company strategy.
 - Utilize community feedback to assist in optimizing product experience.
 
 
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in community management, preferably in cryptocurrency/fintech industries
 - Proficiency in managing Telegram/Discord communities and social media platforms
 - Strong understanding of cryptocurrency market trends and user behaviors
 - Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
 - Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for community growth
 - Experience organizing both online and offline community events
 - Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to handle community crises
