Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational systems for the trading platform's contract business, ensuring alignment with company objectives and scalability.
- Lead the creation of a contract user system, focusing on user acquisition, conversion, and retention through targeted marketing, user segmentation, and personalized engagement tactics.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate the effectiveness of platform contract-related activities, including promotions, campaigns, and user onboarding programs.
- Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to refine contract offerings, monitor project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of new features and improvements.
- Build and manage a high-performing contract operations team, coordinating daily tasks, fostering communication, and driving cross-departmental collaboration.
- Utilize data analytics tools to interpret operational metrics, user behavior patterns, and market trends, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategy optimization.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency, user engagement levels, and business growth outcomes.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the fintech or e-commerce sector, with a focus on contract-related processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights for business improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of user acquisition, retention, and community management strategies to drive platform growth.
- Ability to develop and execute operational plans that align with business objectives, ensuring measurable results and ROI.
