Contract Operations Manager: Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for building the overall operation system of the trading platform contract business according to the company's business development needs; 2. Responsible for building the contract user system, attracting new users, converting and retaining them, and operating the platform user community; 3. Planning, implementation, and effectiveness evaluation of platform contract activities; 4. Responsible for optimizing contract products, liaising with product and technical departments, controlling progress and implementing functions; 5. Responsible for building the contract operation team and managing daily communication and coordination. 6. Sensitive to data, develop operational strategies based on operational data.
