Job description: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to be responsible for the operational management of Coinstore. As COO, you will report directly to the CEO and be fully responsible for the management of the operations department, delivery department, and research institute, ensuring that the company maintains a competitive advantage in the rapidly changing digital currency market. Main responsibilities: - Develop and implement the overall operational strategy of the company, optimize operational processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the achievement of the company's business goals. -Responsible for the daily management of the operations department, developing and implementing operational strategies, improving user activity and transaction volume, monitoring operational data, and driving continuous improvement. -Work closely with the BD department to ensure project delivery progress and quality management, optimize delivery processes, and enhance customer satisfaction. -Management Research Institute promotes digital currency related technology and market research, ensuring that research results support the company's business development and strategic decision-making. -Identify and evaluate potential risks in operations, develop and implement risk management strategies, and ensure that company operations comply with relevant laws and regulations. -Expand new business cooperation opportunities, promote diversified development of the company's business, and maintain good communication with partners, customers, and regulatory agencies.
