Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Expand the global payment market by onboarding merchants, enterprises, and platforms to our payment services
• Business Growth: Develop and execute growth strategies, optimize merchant acquisition and user growth funnels through data analysis
• Industry Analysis: Research global payment trends and regional payment habits to create localized payment solutions
• Data Operations: Utilize analytics tools to mine payment data and user behavior, improving conversion rates and transaction success
• Business Partnerships: Expand payment ecosystem with gateways, banks, financial institutions, and channel providers
• Market Strategy: Develop customized marketing and BD strategies to increase product penetration in diverse markets
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product, tech, compliance, and risk teams to ensure compliant and user-friendly payment products
• Performance Monitoring: Establish growth tracking systems, measure expansion effectiveness, and continuously refine strategies
