Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's business operations and processes comply with all relevant laws and regulations. This role involves drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, and representing the company in legal disputes.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish a legal system for the company to ensure that its business and processes are legal and compliant.
- Draft and modify legal documents such as company contracts, agreements, and files to ensure their compliance and effectiveness.
- Provide legal consulting services to the company, assess legal risks, and provide legal opinions on major decision-making matters of the company.
- Handle legal disputes such as litigation and arbitration, and represent the company in handling various arbitration and litigation cases.
- Track and collect relevant information on industry laws, regulations, and policies, and regularly update the company's internal legal database.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate legal affairs or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
- Experience in handling litigation and arbitration cases is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is a plus.
