Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies: Analyze user growth paths, optimize user acquisition, conversion, retention, and repurchase strategies.
• Data driven optimization: Monitor and analyze user data, use methods such as A/B testing and funnel analysis to optimize growth paths.
• User acquisition: Acquiring new users through community marketing, advertising placement, viral promotion, and other methods.
• Community operation: Utilize fission, activities, KOLs (opinion leaders) and other means to increase user retention and activity.
• Channel Expansion: Establish cooperation with KOLs, partners, and payment ecosystems to promote the growth of wallets in different TG communities and markets.
• Market research: Study competitive products within the community ecosystem, analyze growth strategies, and develop targeted optimization plans.
• Automated Growth: Utilizing Web3 and AI technologies, combined with tools such as bots and APIs, to improve growth efficiency.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years experience in growth marketing or user acquisition roles
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and data interpretation
• Proven track record in community management and KOL collaboration
• Familiarity with Web3 technologies and AI-powered growth tools
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
• Ability to develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies
• Experience in market research and competitive analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain projects
• Knowledge of Telegram ecosystem and bot development
• Multilingual capabilities for global market expansion
• Background in behavioral psychology or user experience design
