Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product growth initiatives, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and on-chain asset accumulation.
• Develop and implement full-cycle growth strategies to enhance user activity and improve Total Value Locked (TVL).
• Design and execute refined operational activities (e.g., wallet platforms, exchanges) to achieve platform user growth and engagement goals.
• Collaborate with community partners, DeFi protocols, wallets, exchanges, and other ecosystem stakeholders to create joint online growth campaigns.
• Leverage cryptocurrency KOL resources to amplify platform reach and engagement.
• Analyze on-chain data (user address behavior, gas consumption, fund flow) and user feedback to identify pain points and optimize conversion paths.
• Establish and monitor core growth metrics (DAU/MAU, TVL, retention rate) to rapidly iterate growth strategies.
• Work with social media teams to develop marketing strategies, including Twitter campaigns and KOL activities, to enhance user stickiness.
• Build a "content + community" dual engine, producing tutorials and revenue strategies alongside AMA and governance voting to activate silent users.
• Integrate product functionality with growth scenarios (e.g., achievement systems) to enhance user experience.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in product growth, user acquisition, and community engagement, preferably in blockchain or DeFi.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret on-chain data and user feedback.
• Experience designing and executing growth strategies, including online campaigns and KOL collaborations.
• Familiarity with social media marketing, particularly Twitter and community-driven engagement tactics.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners.
• Existing network of cryptocurrency KOLs is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in blockchain analytics or DeFi protocols.
• Experience with gamification strategies (e.g., achievement systems, task guilds).
• Knowledge of wallet platforms, exchanges, and their integration with growth strategies.
