Job Description
The Operation Lead will collaborate closely with the CEO to establish and implement organizational operational strategies aligned with company objectives. This role is pivotal in laying the foundation for sustainable growth of the A41 team by overseeing HR, finance, and accounting functions. Additionally, the Operation Lead will develop subsidiary operation strategies to expand A41's business domains while taking full responsibility for organizational development and operations management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies in alignment with company goals
- Oversee all aspects of HR management including recruitment, performance evaluation, and talent development
- Manage financial operations including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting
- Establish and optimize operational processes to enhance organizational efficiency
- Lead organizational development initiatives and subsidiary operations
- Coordinate investor relations activities and communications
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience with demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Expertise in HR, finance, accounting, and investor relations
- Proven experience in establishing and managing subsidiaries
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability
- Excellent communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in performance management systems and goal-setting frameworks
