Job Description:
As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for establishing and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to drive growth and revenue. Your role will involve conducting market analysis to identify new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to capitalize on them. You will prioritize marketing and sales activities while creating detailed execution plans for various channels. Additionally, you will optimize strategies through performance analysis and feedback mechanisms.
You will actively manage business opportunities and drive revenue conversion by onboarding validators and exploring DeFi deposit opportunities. Your responsibilities include identifying DeFi product deposit opportunities in the digital asset space and designing/operating nurturing processes to convert leads into sales. You will facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure project participation and customer onboarding, leading the entire contract process from proposal design to price/term negotiations.
Building and maintaining strong customer/partner relationships will be crucial. You will analyze business objectives and requirements of clients/partners while establishing value proposition systems to foster long-term, sustainable partnerships.

Job Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with minimum 3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development. You should possess a general understanding of or work experience in the Web3 domain. Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong ownership and results-driven mindset with customer-centric thinking.
Preferred qualifications that would be advantageous for this position include: technical or financial expertise/background/experience, strong ability to understand context and structure information/work effectively, and excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
