Job Description
Marketing Sending Operations is a critical role responsible for managing and executing the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This position requires a proactive approach to optimizing communication strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maintaining high engagement metrics. Key Responsibilities
- Review and optimize email, internal messages, SMS, and push notifications to improve engagement rates, ensuring content is tailored to audience preferences and aligned with brand messaging.
- Prepare and configure marketing content, including copywriting, graphic design, and automation workflows, to meet campaign objectives and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Organize and analyze marketing data using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and A/B testing platforms to identify trends, measure KPIs (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates), and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Assist with operational tasks such as campaign scheduling, audience segmentation, and performance reporting, while also supporting the creation of promotional announcements and managing database hygiene.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine segmentation strategies, personalize messaging, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns across all channels.
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to email delivery, SMS gateways, and push notification systems to maintain campaign reliability and compliance with platform guidelines.
- Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to identify best practices and innovative approaches for enhancing marketing performance and customer experience.
- Develop and maintain documentation for campaign processes, including templates, workflows, and performance benchmarks, to streamline operations and ensure team alignment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field, with a strong foundation in digital marketing principles and data analysis techniques.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, email marketing, or similar roles, with a proven track record of improving campaign metrics and ROI.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot) and SMS tools (e.g., Twilio, Nexmo), including campaign setup, automation, and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data from marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and conversion rate optimization software.
- Excellent communication abilities, including the capacity to present data insights to stakeholders and collaborate with teams to refine messaging strategies.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and support 24/7 marketing operations as needed.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) and database management systems to streamline workflows and maintain data accuracy.
