Job Description
This role is centered around leveraging data to drive business decisions and enhance market strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing on-chain data to extract actionable business insights, utilizing diverse data sources and tools such as Dune Analytics. They will also conduct competitive intelligence research and customer analytics by examining data repositories, user behavior patterns, and transactional activities. The position involves leading all data initiatives, collaborating with backend development teams to design and optimize data pipelines, and creating dynamic marketing/sales dashboards tailored for B2B clients. Additionally, the candidate will structure complex datasets aligned with business operations, transforming them into practical solutions. They will present these findings and solutions to both internal stakeholders and external clients/partners, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment. The role further requires developing and managing end-to-end data streams across multiple departments, fostering seamless integration of data insights into organizational workflows. Cross-functional collaboration is a key aspect, involving influence and coordination with teams such as Marketing, Product, Development, and Sales to align data strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of on-chain data to identify business trends and opportunities, using advanced tools and methodologies.
- Perform competitive intelligence assessments and customer analytics by evaluating data sources, user behavior, and transactional metrics.
- Lead the design and implementation of data infrastructure, working closely with backend teams to build scalable data pipelines.
- Develop and maintain interactive marketing/sales dashboards for B2B clients, ensuring real-time data visualization and accessibility.
- Structure and organize complex datasets according to business processes, translating raw data into actionable solutions.
- Present analytical results and strategic recommendations to internal teams and external stakeholders through clear, data-driven communication.
- Oversee end-to-end data workflows across departments, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably with blockchain or market intelligence domains, demonstrating a track record of delivering impactful insights.
- Strong proficiency in data processing tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
