Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Community Support Specialist with expertise in blockchain and Perp DEX to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to user inquiries via online communication tools such as Telegram, Discord, and X.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize candidates with Perp DEX experience and ensure they understand Perp DEX thoroughly.
- Respond to user inquiries promptly and accurately through online chat tools (e.g., Telegram, Discord, X).
- Assist in maintaining and operating the community, actively addressing user feedback to foster a positive atmosphere.
- Stay updated on blockchain-related information and independently query on-chain data to provide accurate solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize knowledge bases, scripts, and service processes to enhance overall customer support efficiency and user experience.
- Engage in cross-cultural communication to assist users from diverse regions and backgrounds.
Job Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in the blockchain industry, with familiarity in contract trading; Perp DEX experience is highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of customer support experience with the ability to handle user inquiries independently.
- Prior experience in community management/maintenance (e.g., Discord, Telegram, X) is a plus.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English (reading, writing, speaking). Knowledge of Japanese or Korean is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and patience, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural environments.
- Flexibility to work during European/American time zones to ensure timely responses to user inquiries.
