Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Community Engagement: Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy across platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter, WeChat, and more.
• Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns, quests, and giveaways for community engagement.
• Issue Management: Aggregate issues, troubleshoot, control moderation speed and quality, and establish local communities.
• User Feedback: Conduct user satisfaction surveys and analyze results to implement necessary adaptations.
• Community Expansion: Oversee community expansion and engagement into additional geographic regions and languages.
• Team Leadership: Assist in the leadership and growth of the Moderation and Ambassador teams.

Job Requirements

• Deep understanding of DeFi, Bitcoin Layer 2 technologies, and the Web3 ecosystem.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in community management and engagement strategies.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with marketing and other teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot and manage community issues effectively.
• Experience in conducting user feedback surveys and implementing improvements.
• Leadership skills to guide and grow moderation and ambassador teams.
