Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Community Lead with a deep understanding of DeFi, Bitcoin Layer 2 technologies, and the Web3 ecosystem. Proficiency in both Chinese and English is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy across platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter, WeChat, and more.
- Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns, quests, and giveaways for community engagement.
- Issue Management: Aggregate issues, troubleshoot, control moderation speed and quality, and establish local communities.
- User Feedback: Conduct user satisfaction surveys and analyze results to implement necessary adaptations.
- Community Expansion: Oversee community expansion and engagement into additional geographic regions and languages.
- Team Leadership: Assist in the leadership and growth of the Moderation and Ambassador teams.
Job Requirements
- Deep understanding of DeFi, Bitcoin Layer 2 technologies, and the Web3 ecosystem.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in community management and engagement strategies.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with marketing and other teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot and manage community issues effectively.
- Experience in conducting user feedback surveys and implementing improvements.
- Leadership skills to guide and grow moderation and ambassador teams.
