Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented Growth Lead with a strong background in DeFi, Bitcoin Layer 2 technologies, and the Web3 ecosystem. Proficiency in both Chinese and English is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Tweets: Craft and post daily tweets to engage with the community and drive awareness.
- PR and Announcements: Manage public relations efforts, including drafting and distributing press releases and announcements.
- Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate with projects and partnerships to run joint marketing campaigns.
- KOL and Community Relations: Reach out to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and maintain good connections with them and the community.
- Analyze and Adapt: Analyze marketing effectiveness using data insights and adapt strategies to optimize performance.
- Content Creation: Write and produce content for blogs, announcements, press releases, and marketing materials.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a marketing strategy tailored to the DeFi and Bitcoin Layer 2 communities.
- Digital Campaigns: Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and content marketing channels.
- Brand Identity: Establish and maintain a strong brand identity through all marketing channels.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as product and community leads, to ensure cohesive messaging.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably in DeFi, Bitcoin Layer 2, or Web3 ecosystems.
- Strong proficiency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent content creation skills with the ability to craft engaging tweets, blogs, and press releases.
- Experience managing PR efforts and collaborating with KOLs and community members.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing performance and optimize strategies.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to specific communities.
- Experience leading digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong brand-building skills with a focus on maintaining consistent messaging.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with product and community teams.
