Job Briefing:Cobo is seeking an experienced, motivated, and proactive candidate to join us as a Sales Director focusing on expanding our custody solutions business. We are looking for someone to turbo charge our sales efforts into institutions across crypto-native, corporates, financial services, and traditional industries. You will be someone with a network in the crypto ecosystem who can build relationships and partnerships with prospects, partners and clients. You will help us define and execute on our sales strategy, working closely with other functional teams. You must be a high energy, entrepreneurial, driven individual that has a strong understanding of the broader crypto economy and the major segments.Main Responsibilities:Develop and execute a sales and business development strategy to expand our digital asset custody business, with a focus on APAC marketsAchieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets across all of Cobo's solutions: custodial wallets, MPC wallets, wallet-as-a-service, etcIdentify, source and close new institutional accounts as well as cross-sell and upsell to existing clientsLead the end-to-end sales life cycle: preparing presentations, product demos, and proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with other internal departments to successfully onboard clientsEstablish channel partnerships to build a strong pipeline of client referralsRepresent Cobo in conferences and industry events, including being the evangelist and spokesperson to support the company's branding and marketing activitiesBecome an expert in the latest market trends and competitor landscape, and provide feedback to the product development team to enhance our offerings
