We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development/Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently developing core clients and high-quality partnership resources, leading commercial negotiations, and driving successful cooperation implementation.
- Independently develop core clients and premium partnership resources
- Lead business negotiations and ensure successful cooperation implementation
- Drive partnership execution and achieve continuous transaction growth
- Establish long-term, stable client relationships
- Break down and achieve phased performance targets
- Lead team in client development (for managerial positions)
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate should possess strong business acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales or business development.
- Minimum 1 year experience in business development/sales
- Proven ability in client acquisition and deal closing
- Strong market sensitivity and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with strong stress tolerance
- Highly motivated by performance targets and financial rewards
- Existing client resources preferred
