Job Description:
1. Understand meme culture, identify and establish relationships with local KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and other potential partners to promote user growth in the target market of Turkey.
2. Act as the project representative, maintaining strong relationships with KOLs and marketing channels to achieve long-term collaborations.
3. Be responsible for the execution and performance of KOL marketing strategies, tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of channel partnerships, and making adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.
4. Stay updated on local industry trends and competitor movements, formulating corresponding action strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement KOL outreach programs tailored to the Turkish market.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts.
- Identify emerging trends in meme culture and cryptocurrency.
Job Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market in Turkey.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Familiarity with Telegram, Twitter, and other major Turkish crypto communities is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (both internal and external), strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen ability to learn and adapt.
- Must be able to analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
- Turkish BD candidates must be fluent in Turkish and English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
