1. Office management and maintenance of daily office operations, including clean environment, equipment maintenance (printers/air conditioners, etc.), and stationery procurement. Manage supplier connections (cleaning, security, catering, etc.) and control administrative budgets. Handle email sending and receiving, file archiving, and basic document work. 2. Customer reception and reception of visiting customers, arranging meeting rooms and providing support such as tea and materials.
