Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and provide comprehensive administrative support. This role ensures smooth office functioning, excellent customer service, and efficient logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Management & Maintenance 
- Maintain clean and organized office environment
 - Oversee equipment maintenance (printers, air conditioners, etc.)
 - Manage stationery procurement and inventory
 - Handle supplier relationships (cleaning, security, catering services)
 - Control and monitor administrative budgets
 
 - Administrative Support 
- Manage email correspondence and document filing
 - Perform basic document preparation and processing
 - Assist in planning company events (meetings, team building activities)
 
 - Customer Service 
- Greet and assist visiting clients
 - Arrange meeting rooms and provide hospitality services
 - Answer and direct phone calls professionally
 - Handle basic inquiries in English/Cantonese/Mandarin
 
 - Logistics Coordination 
- Arrange employee travel (flights, hotels, visas)
 - Coordinate meal orders and transportation services
 
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or similar role
 - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
 - Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
 - Proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
 - Customer service orientation with professional demeanor
 - Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
 - Knowledge of basic office equipment maintenance
 - Experience in budget management and vendor coordination
