User Growth and Operations • Break down annual strategic goals into executable marketing plans, and lead the implementation of end-to-end DEX campaigns covering user acquisition, activation, and retention. • Manage SEO/SEM and social media advertising campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels in real time. • Oversee the entire community operations process, including topic planning and execution of AMA events, as well as content strategy for KOL collaborations.
