Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Web3 R&D Engineer specializing in Market Data/Middle Platform to join our globally leading digital asset platform. Key Responsibilities
- Market Data & Real-time Systems
- Design and develop backend architecture for Web3 market data systems, covering on-chain data, DEX pool data, order books, trade flows, K-lines, etc.
- Build low-latency, high-throughput, horizontally scalable real-time computation pipelines
- Implement real-time data push services (WebSocket/gRPC Streaming) for downstream consumers
- On-chain Data Middle Platform
- Design and implement complete data pipelines from node access to structured storage
- Process block/transaction/event log parsing and decoding (Log Decode, Trace parsing, etc.)
- Develop multi-chain data models and reusable parsing frameworks
- Establish real-time monitoring for node health, data latency, and integrity metrics
Job Requirements
- Technical Foundation
- 5+ years backend development (Java/Go preferred)
- Expertise in microservices and distributed systems
- Deep SQL/NoSQL optimization skills
- 3+ years Web3 development experience
- EVM/Solana proficiency (Move/Sui a plus)
- Experience building market data/on-chain data platforms
- AI Engineering
- Practical experience with AI Coding Agents
- Skills in Agent Harness/Skill development
- Knowledge of MCP, RAG, Tool Use concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Big data processing experience (Flink/Spark)
- DEX pricing/aggregation experience
- MEV/Mempool monitoring knowledge
- Time-series database experience
- AI coding toolchain development
- Open-source contributions
