Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement improvements for quality control issues in team projects
- Conduct comprehensive product testing including functionality, performance, automation, and quality inspections
- Collaborate with developers to optimize R&D testing efficiency and output quality
- Drive projects forward according to established timelines and plans
- Enhance team organization skills through independent research on testing methodologies and product business knowledge
- Facilitate knowledge sharing through daily communication and regular team sessions
- Develop complete project testing plans following company process standards
- Conduct requirement analysis, design brainstorming sessions, and provide requirement feedback
- Create test cases, perform system testing, and analyze version quality comprehensively
- Produce detailed testing reports with quality assessments
- Lead a small team of 2-3 members in supporting project functional and business logic testing
- Implement performance assessment standards for team members with high quality expectations

- Proven experience in quality control and product testing environments
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies including functional, performance, and automation testing
- Excellent collaboration skills with development teams
- Ability to conduct thorough requirement analysis and test case design
- Experience in leading small teams and conducting performance assessments
