1. Identify and improve quality control issues in the team and project; 2. Responsible for overall testing of products or projects, including functionality, performance, automation, product quality inspections, etc; 3. Work closely with developers to optimize and improve R&D testing efficiency and output quality, and drive projects to proceed smoothly according to plan; 4. Able to improve team organization skills through independent research on testing specialties and product business, as well as through daily communication and regular sharing. 5. According to the relevant process specifications of the company, complete the development of project testing plan, requirement analysis, brainstorming design, requirement feedback, use case design, system testing, and comprehensively analyze the version quality to issue a testing report; 6. Able to lead a team of 2-3 people to quickly support project functional and business logic testing, while having high requirements for team performance assessment;
