Job Description:
As the core leader of the live streaming business, you will be fully responsible for team management and business growth of the company's financial/trading-related live streaming accounts. You will build and manage a team of professional traders transitioning into hosts, transforming specialized financial content into competitive live streaming products through systematic operational strategies, refined process management, and efficient resource coordination. Ultimately, this will achieve user growth, brand establishment, and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host Team Building & Management (40%): Lead the transformation training of traders into professional hosts, design personalized growth paths and incentive plans. Oversee daily operations including scheduling, content planning, performance evaluation, and team culture building to ensure stable and high-quality content output.
- Capability Enhancement & Training: Establish systematic training programs (covering on-camera presentation, content planning, audience interaction, compliance, and risk control) to continuously improve hosts' comprehensive skills.
- Live Streaming Operations & Strategy Development (40%): Formulate monthly/quarterly operational strategies, growth targets, and budget plans, while being accountable for key metrics (viewership, follower growth, engagement rate, conversion rate).
- Standardization & Optimization: Develop and refine end-to-end SOPs covering "topic selection -> content preparation -> live execution -> data analysis -> audience retention" to enhance operational efficiency.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct in-depth analysis of platform data and user feedback, regularly review performance, and iterate strategies to drive business growth.
- Paid Traffic Management: Proficient in Meta/TikTok ad placement strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Deep understanding of Web3, finance, or trading sectors – must be an advanced user or possess relevant industry background to accurately identify audience needs.
- Professional experience as trader, analyst, or financial practitioner. BD experience is acceptable.
- Proven expertise in paid traffic strategies and budget management.
- Fluent English for cross-border team management or overseas market expansion.
- Mandatory Korean proficiency – primary responsibility covers South Korean market.
