Senior Social Media Operations Manager-Day-to-day social media operations: generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)-Produce and edit video content for social media platforms-Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals-Plan and implement online activities to develop brand awareness, such as promotions, competitions, AMAs, etc.-Communicate with users, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor issues-Maintain the relationship with KOL and cooperate with influencers on social media to drive followers & users acquisition-Monitor social media traffic metrics, and stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
