In this role, you will collaborate with on-chain business units to develop and implement cutting-edge analytics solutions, converting raw blockchain data into valuable insights. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with on-chain business units to design and implement advanced analytics solutions
- Transform raw blockchain data into actionable insights to drive business decisions
- Lead analytical support for on-chain campaigns such as airdrops and staking programs
- Ensure accurate tracking of user eligibility and rewards distribution
- Conduct post-event ROI analysis to measure campaign effectiveness
- Build and maintain data dashboards and visualizations using tools like Dune Analytics and Tableau
- Monitor key metrics including TVL (Total Value Locked), user activity, and gas trends
- Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic business decisions
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in blockchain or on-chain analytics
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools such as Dune Analytics and Tableau
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of blockchain metrics like TVL, user activity, and gas trends
- Experience with SQL and other data querying languages is a plus
