We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Risk Control Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our risk control systems to ensure stable, efficient, and reliable risk decision-making capabilities. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and project management skills to drive system upgrades and improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for building the risk control engine system, providing efficient strategy deployment and risk decision-making capabilities for business and risk control teams
Ensure stable, efficient, and reliable risk decision-making processes while continuously promoting system upgrades and improvements
Build platform-based/intelligent risk control systems and operational tools to enhance risk management capabilities
Coordinate with internal and external teams to drive project progress and ensure successful implementation
Promote project implementation and ensure the achievement of product business goals
Revise existing risk control indicators to improve accuracy and reduce false positive rates
Analyze risk data and trends to identify potential vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain documentation for risk control processes and systems

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Risk Management, or related field
3+ years of experience in risk control system development or product management
Strong understanding of risk management principles and financial regulations
Experience with data analysis and risk modeling techniques
Excellent project management and cross-team collaboration skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with machine learning or AI applications in risk control is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fintech or financial services industry
