- Develop and execute product improvement initiatives based on business performance metrics, merchant feedback, and research findings, with a focus on optimizing key conversion indicators and enhancing user experience.
- Continuously monitor and analyze user characteristics in the target market, track evolving industry dynamics, and leverage this information to drive iterative product innovation and strengthen commercial competitiveness.
- Ensure the product's scalability and adaptability by addressing regional-specific requirements and maintaining alignment with global payment standards and regulatory frameworks.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, particularly within fintech or blockchain payment systems, with a strong track record of delivering successful product launches and enhancements.
- Advanced analytical skills to evaluate market data, user feedback, and competitive landscapes, coupled with the ability to design data-driven product strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, and compliance departments, to ensure cohesive execution.
- Deep understanding of stablecoin technology, payment ecosystems, and financial regulations to navigate compliance challenges and ensure product viability.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities to address complex merchant needs, optimize payment processes, and resolve technical or operational bottlenecks efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to fast-paced environments, and maintain a customer-centric approach throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in tools for market research, data visualization, and product analytics to support decision-making and strategy formulation.
