Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the operational processes of the blockchain platform, including but not limited to transaction processing, smart contract deployment, and monitoring.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, handle customer inquiries, and provide technical support services.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve user satisfaction and market competitiveness.
- Manage partnership relationships, including exchanges, liquidity providers, and other participants in the blockchain ecosystem.
- Organize and participate in team meetings, collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams, and drive project progress.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in blockchain operations, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and transaction processing.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and implement operational strategies to enhance user satisfaction.
- Experience in managing partnerships with exchanges, liquidity providers, and other ecosystem participants.
