Job Description
As a Blockchain Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of public blockchain products. Your role will involve driving the development and optimization of core features while ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver products on schedule and maintain a competitive edge by monitoring industry trends and analyzing competitor products to formulate differentiated strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of public blockchain product development, from conceptualization to deployment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure timely product delivery and achievement of business goals.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, developing strategic differentiation plans.
- Optimize developer experience by incorporating community feedback into product enhancements (e.g., contract deployment tools, debugging utilities, testnet faucets).
- Drive the design and implementation of core ecosystem components such as wallets, cross-chain bridges, and decentralized exchanges (DEX).
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in blockchain product management, with proven expertise in public blockchain infrastructure (e.g., blockchain explorers, RPC node services, developer documentation).
- Deep engagement with developer communities and ability to translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Hands-on experience designing and advancing core ecosystem components like wallets, bridges, and DEX platforms.
- Strong technical comprehension with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Fluent English proficiency for reading technical documentation and collaborating with global teams.
