Job Description
The position is responsible for screening, incubating, accelerating, and fostering the growth of ecosystem projects within the public blockchain, aiming to create benchmark projects and drive the prosperity of the blockchain ecosystem. By integrating public chain resources, project resources, and platform resources, the role will establish a comprehensive project incubation system to accelerate the growth of high-quality projects within the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Incubation Strategy Planning: Develop the overall development strategy and annual goals for the ecosystem incubation center; establish project screening, evaluation, incubation, acceleration, and exit mechanisms; create a growth model and hierarchical management system for ecosystem projects to improve incubation success rates.
- Project Discovery and Screening: Build a robust evaluation system for ecosystem projects, assessing them based on technological innovation, business models, team backgrounds, and market potential; continuously monitor key sectors such as Web3, AI Agent, Bot, DeFi, SocialFi, GameFi, and RWA to identify promising innovative projects; collaborate with the Strategic Development Department to define key ecosystem directions and sector layouts.
- Project Incubation and Empowerment: Integrate resources across product, technology, operations, marketing, branding, and capital to provide comprehensive support for projects; guide projects through critical stages from Proof of Concept (POC) to product launch and ecosystem growth; establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and offer targeted assistance.
- Ecosystem Collaboration and Resource Integration: Work with BD and operations teams to expand high-quality project resources, developer networks, and industry partnerships; build a network of project teams and ecosystem partners to enhance ecosystem vitality.
- Data Analysis and Operational Optimization: Develop a data monitoring system for project incubation to track growth and ecosystem contributions; regularly produce incubation reports, operational analyses, and retrospective reviews; use data insights to refine incubation mechanisms and optimize resource allocation.
- Benchmark Project Development: Focus on supporting high-impact ecosystem projects; create star cases and success stories within the BOT Chain ecosystem; develop replicable incubation methodologies to strengthen the ecosystem’s brand influence and market competitiveness.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in the blockchain industry, with at least 2 years in public chain ecosystem development or project incubation management; proven track record of successfully incubating, accelerating, or investing in ecosystem projects.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Web3, public chain ecosystems, developer communities, and tokenomics; familiarity with trends in AI Agent, DeFi, RWA, SocialFi, and other major sectors.
- Project Lifecycle Expertise: Knowledge of the full project lifecycle, from product design and technical development to market growth.
- Skills: Strong strategic planning, resource integration, and cross-departmental collaboration abilities; excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Language: Proficiency in English as a working language.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with leading public chains, Layer1/Layer2 solutions, or top-tier Web3 projects.
- Background in ecosystem funds, venture capital, accelerators, or startup incubators.
- Successful experience in incubating star projects or unicorn startups.
