Job Description
Responsible for the company's overall brand building, global market communication, and content system development to enhance the brand influence of projects in Web3, public chains, AI, and global ecosystems. This role provides systematic brand support for ecosystem growth, project expansion, global community building, and partner development. The position requires a deep understanding of the Web3 industry, a global communication perspective, multilingual content coordination capabilities, and strong execution, collaboration, and delivery skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's brand strategy and communication plan, establishing a unified, professional, and international brand image and content expression system.
- Coordinate content output across official websites, social media, communities, and media channels to enhance brand exposure, industry influence, and community engagement.
- Build a brand asset library and multilingual content system, including website copy, PPTs, decks, PR materials, posters, and event collateral.
- Oversee brand communication for global summits, AMAs, meetups, roadshows, and online/offline events, including pre-event promotion, on-site publicity, and post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with technical, BD, marketing, and ecosystem teams to provide brand packaging and communication support for product updates, partnerships, project progress, and market activities.
- Manage official social media operations and content strategy to boost influence on platforms like Twitter, Telegram, YouTube, and Medium.
- Establish and maintain relationships with media, KOLs, community leaders, and industry partners to expand brand communication resources and global market presence.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Web3/blockchain/public chain/tech brand communication, with preference given to candidates with experience in public chains, exchanges, DeFi, AI, DePIN, or developer ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of Web3 industry communication logic, including public chain ecosystems, AI Agents, developer communities, global community growth, tokenomics, and market operations.
- Strong brand strategy and content judgment skills, with the ability to independently develop brand narratives, communication frameworks, and content systems.
- Excellent project coordination skills, capable of managing multiple tasks such as website updates, social media, events, PPTs, PR, and multilingual asset libraries.
- Proficiency in English for content review, international expression optimization, and cross-border team communication.
- Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently collaborate with technical, marketing, BD, design, community, and overseas teams.
- Sensitivity to global markets, understanding of regional communication habits, with preference given to candidates with multilingual content coordination experience.
- Experience in large-scale Web3 summits, global online events, AMAs, ecosystem conferences, or brand launches is a plus.
- Proficiency in AI tools for content creation, copy optimization, multilingual localization, data organization, and creative planning to enhance brand communication efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building a public chain brand from scratch (0 to 1).
- Existing relationships with international media, Crypto KOLs, or Web3 communities.
- Familiarity with Crypto content styles and overseas community engagement strategies.
- Experience in creating English/Chinese decks, official websites, PR materials, narratives, and ecosystem asset libraries.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking work environment.
