Job Description
We are seeking a versatile Ecosystem Project Operator to oversee the entire lifecycle of ecosystem projects, from application and evaluation to technical integration, progress tracking, and final acceptance. This role focuses on establishing an executable, traceable, reviewable, and analyzable operational framework for ecosystem projects. Unlike traditional operational roles, this position requires a deep understanding of early-stage public blockchain growth logic and the ability to collaborate with developers, project teams, technical teams, and ecosystem partners to facilitate successful integration, delivery, and knowledge retention for high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of public blockchain ecosystem projects, including application review, initial screening, progress monitoring, milestone reminders, risk reporting, and documentation.
- Technical Support Coordination: Serve as the operational liaison between project teams and internal technical teams, assisting with technical documentation comprehension, integration processes, development requirements, and testing standards.
- Acceptance Management: Develop and enforce project acceptance criteria based on ecosystem support policies, ensuring proper submission of deliverables such as project demos, code repositories, technical documentation, test records, and on-chain interaction data.
- Resource Tracking: Maintain records of ecosystem support resources provided to projects, including technical assistance, marketing exposure, grants, hackathon rewards, mentorship opportunities, and investor introductions.
- Risk Identification: Continuously monitor project progress to identify potential risks such as delays, technical challenges, quality issues, or communication breakdowns, and facilitate collaborative solutions.
- Database Maintenance: Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of ecosystem projects, tracking project categorization, team backgrounds, development progress, technical integration status, and post-support conversion metrics.
- Process Documentation: Contribute to the development of operational infrastructure including application forms, evaluation templates, technical support logs, acceptance checklists, post-mortem analysis templates, and onboarding documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, FinTech, Blockchain, Project Management, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in project operations, ecosystem management, developer relations, technical support, PMO, product operations, or Web3 project management.
- Fundamental understanding of Web3 technologies, public blockchain ecosystems, AI Agents, DApps, smart contracts, developer tools, or open-source projects.
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear progress tracking, prioritization, and risk management.
- Technical literacy to comprehend documentation including API/SDK specifications, GitHub repositories, product demos, and testing feedback.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination among diverse stakeholders including project teams, developers, and technical specialists.
- Proficient documentation abilities for creating project reports, acceptance documentation, process guidelines, SOPs, and retrospective analyses.
- English proficiency for conducting online meetings with international blockchain project teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with grant programs, hackathons, developer communities, Web3 accelerators, ecosystem funds, or early-stage project incubation.
- Background in technical support, testing acceptance, developer relations, or project delivery management.
- Familiarity with ecosystem growth mechanisms or project support frameworks of major public blockchains like Solana, Polygon, Base, Aptos, or Sui.
- Advanced English reading/writing skills for reviewing international blockchain documentation, grant guidelines, hackathon materials, or developer resources.
