Product Planning and Design - Responsible for the planning and design of exchange product functions (such as trading matching, asset system, control system, rebate system, task center, etc.) in accordance with company strategy; -Analyze market competitors (such as Binance/Bybit/Bitget, etc.) and propose innovative product proposals; -Responsible for writing PRD files, designing interactive prototypes, and coordinating across departments to promote R&D and launch. 2. Project Promotion and Implementation - Lead the entire process of the product from requirement to launch, including requirement review, development follow-up, testing and acceptance, and launch and release; -Coordinate project quality, time, and resources to ensure key milestones are delivered; -Collaborative development, testing UI、 Operations and control teams are driving rapid product iteration. 3. Data analysis and continuous optimization - combining platform data (registration conversion, trading activity, user retention, etc.) to propose product optimization strategies; -Track user behavior, collect feedback, and continuously optimize user experience; -Support the implementation of product requirements for operational activities, such as airdrops, event centers, and use of tags. 4. Insurance and Compliance Awareness - Understand the basic principles of compliance and control, and participate in the design of anti arbitrage mechanisms; -Be able to avoid design flaws and industrial exploitation based on human nature and industry norms.
